The $250 one-time ASCAP setup fee covers your station's enrollment with ASCAP, license-agreement filing, and the first quarter's report.

The questions every licensee asks.
How is this different from a Pandora / Spotify license?
Pandora and Spotify license music for THEIR platforms only. They can't sublicense to your station. Services that pretend to (e.g. background-music app rebrands) are usually limited to non-commercial low-listenership use and fall apart the moment you grow. Mavion Licensing is a direct catalog license — your station, your branding, your audience.
Do you cover internet radio for businesses (cafés, gyms, retail)?
Yes — the Pro and Network tiers cover commercial in-venue streaming. You'll need to declare the venue count when applying so we can scope the agreement correctly.
What happens if I get a DMCA takedown anyway?
Forward it to legal@tmc.gg. Our team responds to the issuer within 1 business day with our clearance documentation. Every Mavion-licensed track has a paper trail going back to the label/publisher contract.
Can I license individual tracks instead of a tier?
Custom per-track clearance is available on the Network tier. For Starter and Pro we license the catalog as a whole — it's how we keep the price predictable.
Can my station be part of the MavionCast network?
Yes — the Network tier includes optional MavionCast branding. Your station gets promoted on mavion.tmc.gg, can borrow our Mavion hosts for ID drops, and we'll plug you in to our newsroom-sourced top-of-hour news cut-ins.
What's your refund policy?
30 days, no questions asked. After 30 days you keep streaming until the end of your paid period and can cancel anytime without penalty.
