Mavion, RBC, Blox Network, and NBS come to an agreement.

As of August 1st, RBC has initiated an agreement between Mavion, Blox Network, and NBS to lift all blacklists made.

In a joint agreement with Vision, the parent company of RBC, Blox Network, NBS, and their respective affiliates, all existing blacklists and restrictions have been lifted effective today.

For some background on our blacklist, one of TMC's companies Cirya had an argument with RBC, and recently Astera about Cirya's use of media assets and past collaborations. There were also some claims that Cirya was involved in breaching system access. In our conversation with RBC they acknowledged that this was not done by us. In a statement released by us we said we made mistakes when handling assets, and we did not agree with some claims because it thought they were not true.

We also removed material that was disputed when people asked and it started keeping records of where things came from and who gave permission. At the end of this conflict Cirya ultimately got rebranded into Mavion News with a focus on making original work, we've officially made efforts to have a thriving environment for our viewers, and an environment where staff can learn new tools to run their own companies with support from us.

The agreement made with Vision ends our disagreements between the organizations and establishes a mutual commitment to professionalism in our reporting, open communication with ro-news organizations, and the resolution of future conflicts between us and RBC.

We have agreed to move forward independently while maintaining respectful relations. This agreement does not represent a merger, partnership, or transfer of ownership.

We cannot predict what happens in the future, but we hope that this means that we can provide better news for our viewers and affiliates. We are also glad to mention that we'll be using this moment as a revival for our event streaming in partnership with Axiant News.
